Four in Hand Paddington

The Four in Hand in Paddington has a bar menu that has to be one of the most tastiest and decadent pub menu's in Sydney. It was delicious and great quality for the price we paid.

All dishes were served on robust chopping board spread across the table, which I loved.

Roast Bone Marrow With Celeriac Remoulade and Grilled Bread - was perfectly salty and accompanied by a remoulade (that appeared like a coleslaw salad) balanced the flavours perfectly. This dish came with large chunks of grilled bread to spread the marrow across.

Hand Cut Rosemary Potato Wedges With Sour Cream & Sweet Chili - had the sour cream splattered across the board. The potatoes were perfectly cooked inside and out. They were very mourish and delicious.

The Spanish White Anchovies With Sourdough Croutons were more than we could ask for. They were soft and tasty with more grilled bread.

Finally we tried the pork belly on toast and the texture was almost pate styled pork, a little gooey and intense.

To top it all off we had a delicious Pinto Noir from Central Otago called Totara ...

All this for around 30 dollars each...

This is definitely an eatery that I will be anxious to come back to...YUM!
